B&O Foundation UG was founded on December 27, 2019 in Augsburg, Germany. The registration took place under AG Augsburg, HRB 34389. On June 17, 2021, the company was granted non-profit status for the purpose of promoting development cooperation in the Third World.
Operationally, the non-profit company implements the "Mobile Barbara Clinics" project in the Third World as an NPO (non-profit organization). We are organized on a decentralized basis and avoid unnecessary administrative work, with the aim of reducing general costs to around 13%, after the initial implementation phase in Nigeria.
